February 9, 2012 was the start of an annual expo presenting the products and services for human resources management - HR Industry. The forum was attended by over 250 HR attendees - presidents of companies from various business sectors and HR specialist and managers. 36 leading companies offering services related to human resources management participated in the forum.

Adecco Bulgaria was not only an exhibitor, but also enriched the program of the event with a seminar entitled "Future employees 2020: Lifestyles - new values ​​and attitudes".

The trainees were impressed by the professional delivery of topics including new labour society trends, challenges for a new decade: demographics and globalization, split labour markets and flexible working conditions; new working culture, matrix of change, lifestyles 2020 – new values and attitudes, balancing act: the personal work portfolio, the “uniquablity” challenge, internal networking of value to employees, relationship management, active moulding of life, transformation space – facilitating & enabling.
