BHRMDA elected and trusted Adecco Bulgaria for the delivery of one of the most sought after trainings via the HR School initiative. The workshop was concentrated on the pre-interview preparation; developing questions and their value; the interview techniques that get specific, behavior-based examples of past performance; and the strategies that follow through on this process. This training reminded what we must do before the interview, during the interview and after the interview, such as developing the questions we want to ask and knowing the responses we are looking for. The course took the behavioral interview even further with a discussion of communication techniques and the use of specific types of interview questions.

Among the participants were HR specialists from Enel, Axway, HP, TeleLink, Melexis, Chelopech Mining, Ray Engineering and Service.

The most commonly used expression for feedback from the trainees at the end of the training was: "It was great! Bravo!"
