Facility and Total Preventive Maintenance Manager
Our trusted client is an internationally recognized company for production of ball bearings. On their behalf we are looking for an experienced candidate to occupy the position of:
Facility and Total Preventive Maintenance Manager
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Organize, manage, and control all activities related to reactive, preventive (planned) and predictive maintenance (manufacturing equipment and machines, manufacturing buildings, office buildings, water purification system, air compressor rooms, firefighting systems etc.) with final aim of increasing their availability and reliability.
• Create/develop/establish and/or improve processes and documented procedure in his/her domain.
• Facilitate team development.
• Lead continuous improvement and promote it among team and peers.
• Manage assigned projects related to Maintenance and Facilities, including project budget control.
• Coordinate an enact site safety programs, while making sure safety polices are observed.
• Assures, that the Integrated Management System (related to energy management part) is developed, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved in accordance with the requirement of standard ISO 50001:2011.
• Ensure full compliance to Bulgarian legislation and internal company rules.
Key requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanics or engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar role.
• Auditing experience will be beneficial.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian verbal and written.
• Knowledge in the Bulgarian legislation in terms of health and safety.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence different people and cultures.
• A strong desire to promote and drive changes in the organization.
• Knowledge and experience with LEAN methodologies are considered a plus.
• Positive and result oriented person, focused on solving challenges.
