Electrical Design Engineer

On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer, who will support project teams in the technical design and processing of electrical components for emergency diesel systems and switchgears.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and supporting execution projects in the area of emergency diesel systems and circuit installations;
• Implementation and compliance with technical specifications of the design and documents prepared by subcontractors;
• Defining and designing system interfaces as well as protection and design criteria;
• Responding to customer enquiries;
• Preparing Reports Checking technical specifications, taking into account the applicable standards and regulations;

Requirements:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable qualification;
• Knowledge of electrical and I&C systems with a technical overview with a basic understanding of functions and knowledge of interface evaluation;
• Initial experience in nuclear power plant technology would be an advantage;
• Willingness to take part in site activities for emergency diesel sets and switchgears;
• English - good knowledge;
• Result-oriented with good communication skills;
