Project Manager (Renewables)

For one of our trusted clients - a leading Bulgarian company in the Renewables sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who will join their open and friendly team.
Main responsibilities:
- Create planning schedules for confirmed projects
- Create and oversee implementation timelines
- Ensure that H&S requirements are followed
- Monitor, support and advice that team members complete tasks according to schedule and in required quality
- Monitor and assess cost effectiveness of projects including utilisation of machines
- Conduct studies to establish standard hour and related cost data that leads to cost reduction.
- Establish processes
- Identify and draft notification and change orders
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel in multiple project locations, mostly in Europe
- Relevant previous experience of 4+ years in a similar role
- A degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Fluency in English, German/French is considered a huge advantage
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC books
- Knowledge of construction industry practices, procedures, and market trends in the Renewables sector
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
