Continuous Improvement Specialist / OpEx - LEAN /
For one of our clients – a German manufacturing company, starting soon a new automotive production in Ruse, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist / OpEx - LEAN /
Key Functions:
- Identifies and implements process improvements using Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
- Develops alternate and improved manufacturing and business processes and optimization - ex. DMAIC.
- Facilitates workshops, projects.
- Creates cell layouts and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitates process improvement training.
- Tracks and reports project results to leadership team as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Engineering Degree.
- Proven experience in production organization.
- Knowledge in Six Sigma and/or Lean principles and tools, and methodology 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM (Greenbelt and /or Black belt training is a big advantage.
- Knowledge in process capability concepts, Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data collection, metrics, and the use of performance targets in tracking process improvements.
