Functional analyst
Our client is a Managed Service and IT hosting provider for complex and critical applications with 20+ years of experience.
They monitor, guard, and manage IT platforms and their associated applications 24h x 365 days.
They are an currently within the Top 10 Enterprise hosting companies in Europe, ambitious to become the European leader in its field. For their Bulgarian office they are looking for a Functional analyst.
What you will do:
- Find the right solution for the stakeholders' needs and problems
- Defining the scope of the implementation
- Documenting the solution & sharing knowledge with other team members
Required and desired skills & qualifications:
- A driven individual with a very good understanding of the world of functional analysis
- A real finisher that always aims for going the extra mile
- A sharp-minded and result oriented individual
- Minimum 3 years of experience with functional analysis
- Very good English skills
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops
- Ask the right questions
- Good listener
- Problem-solving mindset
