Our client is a world leader in the processing of agricultural products and the distribution of a diverse range of commodities. The company is founded and based in Europe but enjoys strong regional presence in North & South America, Asia, Middle East & Africa. Regarding company’s needs we are looking for ambitious and experienced person for the role of:
SAP Consultant
The role:
Regarding company’s growing needs of corporate reporting & analysis they have started the implementation of a new BackOffice solution based on SAP S/4. The role of the SAP Consultant is to ensure the solution evolution is in synchronized with the core model and that the solution runs smoothly. You will be involved in part of the roll-outs as part of the core team as well as resolving complex incidents in production as level 3 support team member. You will have the possibility to become a change agent and play a key role on company’s ambitious SAP Program.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper integration of business process from various trading applications within company’s SAP financial back office
- Ensure the support structure and run KPIs are on track
- Participation in action plans for continuous improvements of the solution and solving recurrent incidents
- Escalation at level 3 when the solution needs to be modified to ensure continuity
- Ensure documentation is up to date
Experience needed:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in IT projects
- Experience with SAP – one or several modules (FI/CO/MM)
- Experience working in International multi-cultural environment
- Experience with trading CTRM solutions considered as big advantage
- Experience working in a large IT company is a big plus
- Fluent English
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in related field
IT& Soft Skills
- Experienced in writing functional specifications /turning business requirements into system requirements/
- Experienced with SAP interface implementation
- Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
- Strong analysis& communication capacity (written & oral)
- Ability to learn fast and adaptability in a quick changing background scenario
- Feeling confident in front of ambiguity
- Readiness for international travels if needed
