Head of Total Rewards Shared Services

For our new Shared Services Center in Sofia we are looking for Head of Total Rewards Shared Services who will be responsible for driving operational excellence in the Shared Services Centre (SSC) for Total Rewards. He\She will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the global Total Rewards’ offerings and Rewards’ Operations (systems, tools, processes etc.) are optimised to maximize productivity and service excellence. From the start, he\she and the team will provide consulting services and best-in-class Reward solutions to Total Reward Partners, Subject Matter Experts, Human Resources and the Business on key Reward topics. The Adecco Group Total Rewards Team is passionate about quality and integrated service delivery on a range of Reward topics.

Responsibilities:

Relationship and Stakeholder Management:

•    Cultivate and foster a collaborative, customer-centric environment.
•    Lead a positive, high-performing, solutions-oriented team that consistently delivers optimal results through accurate and proactive resolutions.
•    Regularly communicate to all stakeholders on the activities of the Total Rewards SSC through a dashboard and other methods to ensure everyone is kept informed of activities and understand how and when to utilize services.
•    Serve as the Total Rewards SSC subject matter expert (SME) in the development of products/services responsive to current/future needs.

Process optimisation and standardization:

Together with the Total Rewards Leadership Team (TRLT), identify transactional and control-based Reward processes and define scope of work to be performed by the Total Rewards SSC including, but not limited to:

•    Reporting and analytics
•    Prepare compensation proposals, grading proposals & benchmarking 
•    Annual compensation review 
•    Annual Reward timeline management i.e. key activities
•    Variable compensation technology and administration
•    Benefits and mobility administration
•    Special projects in all areas of Reward
•    Customer service satisfaction management
•    Reward communications (e.g. announcements, letters, presentations, ad hoc customer support)
•    Reporting instructions
•    Data management (e.g. data gathering, data analytics, data privacy, etc.)

Monitoring process and controls (suitability, effectiveness):

•    Create processes and standards to optimise cost and service delivery of processes in scope.
•    Develop policies, procedures, as well as training programmes for Reward Specialists in your team to improve operational efficiencies.
•    Establish key performance indicators and report on progress to TRLT on performance of Total Rewards SSC.
•    Ensure that services and solutions provided are reliable and cost-effective by monitoring and reporting on delivery over time.

Leadership and development:


•    Maintain a high-level of employee engagement through annual performance reviews and mentoring.
•    Work with the TRLT to develop and enhance the operational structure including skill set requirements, gap analysis and training plans.

Requirements:


•    5-10 years of experience in human resources (ideally in compensation and benefits) and a minimum 3 years of management experience.
•    Minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, International Business Studies or equivalent. 
•    Advanced English
•    Other languages - German and/or French would be an asset

Tools: 

•    Advance Microsoft Office skills
•    Global grading system platform experience would be an asset
