Ref N: TSA

He/ she will provide technical support services as part of application support team to customers operating on client systems and software.

The role will involve out-of-hours work and 24/7 support.

•Different OS – Windows, Linux/ UNIX

•Shell scripting experience

•Understanding of networks and internet services, systems/ server administration

•Some programming skills and OOP foundation

•Very good understanding of HTTP, HTML

•Excellent English, exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate

•Experience on a similar position will be considered as an advantage
