Who are we?

Adecco started operations in Bulgaria as Ajilon Consulting at the end of 2005, partnering with HP on establishing the HP Global Delivery Center in Sofia. Since then, we grew significantly and we currently are ~ 700 people working on outsourcing and service extension projects, recruiting, consulting, selling, financing, marketing, and having fun together.

We have opened 3 branches - in Sofia, Studentski grad, in Varna and in Plovdiv, and have successfully executed the start of the temporary staffing and payroll business lines.  Our corporate headquarters are located in the Business Park, Mladost 4 and we are always looking for enthusiastic, motivated and talented people to join our team. We, at Adecco, believe in working a lot and having a lot of fun. We enjoy what we do and we like the people and the environment we spend our working days. We are friends and we support each other through tough deadlines, overtime – when needed, shift changes, and client challenges. We occupy different positions – from recruiters, through sales and branch managers, through service center analysts, through server support technicians, to finance and marketing.
