
Project "Upgrading the professional qualification and improving the skills of the employees of Adecco Bulgaria EOOD"
The project goals are to upgrade the professional qualification and to improve the skills of the employees of Adecco Bulgaria.
The project includes 20 types of trainings for 500 persons. 1 100 trainings are planned which will be implemented within nine months. The total project cost is 556 160 leva, and the financial contribution of the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" is 388 978 leva.
The planned trainings for key competencies include Management skills, Basic principles of induction, Effective business communication, Negotiation skills, Presentation skills, Team building, Train the trainers, Time and stress management.
The planned trainings for part of profession include Administration of AS400; Administration of CITRIX; Administration of Microsoft Exchange servers; Administration of Microsoft SQL databases; Administration of Oracle databases; Administration of UNIX-based operating systems; Administration of VMWare servers; Administrating of Microsoft client operating systems; Administration of Microsoft servers; Cisco MDS Switches; ITIL v3 Foundation; Working with Microsoft Office 2007.
