Our client is AES Maritza East I. They are currently looking for experienced professional to join their plant in Galabovo on the position of:

Contracts Manager
Ref: CM PLD

General responsibilities include:

• Responsible for vendor management and compliance with contract conditions;
• Using strategic negotiation skills and managing supplier relationships;
• Leading public procurement program efforts;
• Lead trainings for end users to be able to interact effectively with suppliers;
• Lead the effort to establish local and regional contracts;
• Monitor fulfilment of contractual obligations;
• Generate vendor compliance reports, supplier spend reports and benefits/savings tracking reports
• Part of the responsibility includes ‘Hands on’ monitoring for contract compliance with various construction projects. Relevant or similar experience is a plus.


Requirements:

• Experience in MS Office
• Excellent command of English language
• Legal background a plus, University degree is a must
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Familiar with existing regulations and Law in regards of procurement
• Proven track of successful experience in strategic sourcing
